How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery time is usually 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on product availability, destination and carrier. If a different estimate applies, it will be shown during checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to selected countries within Europe and are continuously expanding.

Can I return intimate products?

For hygiene reasons, opened or used intimate products cannot be returned once the original seal or protective packaging has been removed.
