Shipping

VÉLDIS currently ships to selected countries within Europe.

Estimated delivery time is usually 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on product availability, destination and carrier. If a different delivery estimate applies, it will be shown during checkout before purchase.

Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed during checkout before the order is completed. Orders over the displayed free-shipping threshold may qualify for complimentary delivery when shown at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if available.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Customers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day they, or a third party named by them, receive the goods, unless a legal exception applies.

To request a return, please contact us first at hello@veldis.com and include your order number. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Hygiene Products

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, opened, unsealed, used, tested or damaged intimate, cosmetic and hygiene-related products cannot be returned or exchanged once the original seal or protective packaging has been removed.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, complete and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise required by law or confirmed by us in writing.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned item has arrived and has been inspected. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days after receipt and review of the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@veldis.com with your order number and photos, so we can review the case.

Versand & Rückgabe

Die voraussichtliche Lieferzeit beträgt in der Regel 3–7 Werktage nach Versand. Versandkosten werden im Checkout vor Abschluss der Bestellung klar angezeigt.

Verbraucher haben grundsätzlich ein 14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht ab Erhalt der Ware, sofern keine gesetzliche Ausnahme gilt.

Aus Gründen des Gesundheitsschutzes und der Hygiene können geöffnete, entsiegelte, benutzte, getestete oder beschädigte Intim-, Kosmetik- und Hygieneprodukte nicht zurückgegeben werden. Rücksendungen müssen unbenutzt, ungeöffnet, vollständig und originalverpackt sein.

Rücksendungen erfolgen nur nach vorheriger Kontaktaufnahme über hello@veldis.com. Die Rücksendekosten trägt der Kunde, sofern gesetzlich zulässig. Erstattungen erfolgen nach Eingang und Prüfung der Rücksendung über die ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode, in der Regel innerhalb von 5–10 Werktagen.
